Description: {{UnsafeRow.getUTF8String}} delegates to {{UTF8String.fromAddress}} which returns {{null}} when passed a {{null}} base object, failing to handle off-heap memory correctly. (was: {{UnsafeRow.getUTF8String}} delegates to {{UTF8String.fromAddress}} which does not handle off-heap memory correctly. )
