NT Errors revisited

Well, I've established that it is in fact Dean's patch (the one to
buff.[ch]/http_main.c that adds buff_read/buff_write) that makes Apache
stop working on NT. Unfortunately, I have no idea *why*. I've gone through
the patch line by line and I don't see anything wrong.

Also, I don't believe this is the only problem. Apache-1.3-dev from
directly before this patch works, from directly after does not. However,
reversing this patch from the current version still does not work. So
obviously there's something else from further down the 1.3 line that also
makes it stop working. But I haven't started looking at that yet; I'm
still trying to figure out what's wrong with Dean's patch.

If I figure anything else out, I'll let y'all know.
