Review request for Ambari, Erik Bergenholtz and Sumit Mohanty.
Bugs: AMBARI-12964
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AMBARI-12964
Repository: ambari
Description
-------
To avoid name collisions with other services the log4j configuration for atlas is now prefixed with "atlas-". This patch updates the service definition to align with that change.

Testing
-------
Unit tests.
Installation of ambari with updates service definition to validate the log4j configuration is correct.
