json2sstable & sstable2json

Hi All,

Can you please explain me how can I use json2sstable and sstable2json
features in cassandra. It will be useful to me if anyone of you explain me
with a small example.
1. one small json text file.
2. what will be the keyspace and columnfamily name.
3. Syntax in details. What .db name I have to pass.

Please provide me the steps.
