[jira] [Commented] (TORQUE-272) Support groovy templates out of the box

    [ https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/TORQUE-272?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=13637359#comment-13637359 ]

Thomas Fox commented on TORQUE-272:
-----------------------------------

Support should be for both groovy scripts (which return the generation template output) and for groovy templates (with a jsp-like syntax)
The templates named .groovy should be interpreted as scripts, everything else as templaes. There should be an explicit attribute "template" in the outlet.xml which can override this behaviour, but is not required
