1.0 Release Candidate: coming

Hey All,

 

For those wondering, Tom Barber inspired me to start the 1.0 release process
for Apache DRAT. Reality is, we need the 1.9 Apache OODT release, but I’ll spin 
an RC 1 for DRAT just knowing we’ll have to do an RC 1 that pins to 1.9 OODT. But
I want to go through the process. I’m just using the OODT release guide as a starting
point.

 

Shouldn’t be a biggie, but wanted to get this out the door. In DRAT 1.1, I’ll switch to 
Avro fully, merge Imesha’s PR and Lewis’s PR and then in 2.x (we’ll create a branch), 
we can merge Breno’s new React based UI for Proteus.
