Adding logging to Quiet methods in class DbUtils.

Summary: Adding logging to Quiet methods in class DbUtils.
           Product: Commons
           Version: 1.0 Final
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: Other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: Other
         Component: DbUtils
        AssignedTo: commons-dev@jakarta.apache.org
        ReportedBy: gantzm@gantzgulch.com

Would it be possible to add a logging call in the catch blocks of the quiet
methods in DbUtils? In most cases I don't expect SQLExceptions to occur and
want to ignore them, but it sure would be great if those exceptions started
showing up in logs.
