jUDDI Source moving to Apache CVS...

jUDDI Committers, 
 
Please refrain from making any changes to the jUDDI CVS module on
SourceForge from this point forward. I've begun the process of moving it
into the ws-juddi module at Apache and am working from a local copy.
Also, if you haven't already done so please subscribe the the
judd-dev@ws.apache.org mailing list by sending an email to
juddi-dev-subscribe@ws.apache.org.
