**What would you like to be added**:
希望在conn.go中把DBResource的数据库版本号开放出去，方便其他功能使用依赖
**Why is this needed**:
在处理支持updatejoin的事务时需要依赖数据库版本号进行兼容处理。也许以后会有其他类似的需求，所以期望可以统一支持一下，方便其他功能需要时候的使用。
