PATCH scoreboard
HI,
This is a patch that changes the 'vhost'-name (type char [32])
in the scoreboard into a 'vhost'-number (type int).

To save space in the scoreboard file. When it's displayed (in mod_status)
it's reconverted to a string.
I'm +0, since the scoreboard only has ~50kB or so for my servers. When
you have 100s or 1000s of server children, this may save some (file) space.
