1. Go to https://mail-search.apache.org/
2. Click "Mail - Searching"
3. Type "Sen" in the search box.  Click "Go" (enter username/password)
4. Click on the "[VOTE][RESULT] Dmitry Sen as Ambari Committer" link (from Sumit Mohanty).
5. BOOM!
