Looking at your description I'm not sure what this report has to do with
XInclude. Combining documents using an XSLT stylesheet is something completely
different. Did you mean to report this against Xalan? If this report is against
Xerces' XInclude [1] implementation could you please clarify how you're using
it, and also provide sample documents which can be used to demonstrate the
problem.
