MS IE does not accept my cookies!

I am having a yet another trouble with Embperl... But I think that
it might generally be mod_perl related.

I have a feature of my site ("My Homework") rely on cookies. It works
just fine with Netscape. Netscape sets cookies and everything works.

When I try to access the same site from the same host using MS IE (spit),
it does not receivbe the cookie. What gives?
