GUACAMOLE-353: Clarify applicability of ASF header when transcluded into generated build files.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

Similar to the subscription process, you send an email to
dev-unsubscribe@guacamole.apache.org and respond to the confirmation email.
Alternatively, if you just don't like getting automated alerts about new
pull requests, Jenkins build status, etc. you can always set up a filter
for those emails specifically, or switch to digest-style subscription:
https://apache.org/foundation/mailinglists.html#digest-subscriptions
