"If a COPY or MOVE is submitted on a collection with Overwrite=T, if an error
occurs during the delete processing associated with the Overwrite header,
causing the entire operation to fail, what status should be returned?"
The spec says it's 207, but moddav returns a 424 (the multistatus response body
is ok, though).
