Thanks, Sergey

With your pointer, I am able to get rid of above error message.
I had printed out INSTALL, realease.txt, HACKING and the book
(Draft Revision 7735). Hopefully I can come back with better
question later on. 

I will post my package source  later on in anyone is interested.
Life is short, we should spend time on improving quality
of a software not on configuration, compiling and packaging
process.
