   <!--

Welcome to Apache Airflow! For a smooth issue process, try to answer the following questions.
Don't worry if they're not all applicable; just try to include what you can :-)

If you need to include code snippets or logs, please put them in fenced code
blocks. If they're super-long, please use the details tag like
   <details><summary>super-long log</summary> lots of stuff </details>

Please delete these comment blocks before submitting the issue.

These questions are the first thing we need to know to understand the context.

   **Apache Airflow version**: 2.0.0

**Kubernetes version (if you are using kubernetes)** (use `kubectl version`): None

   **Environment**: Local machine

   - **Cloud provider or hardware configuration**:
   - **OS** (e.g. from /etc/os-release):
   - **Kernel** (e.g. `uname -a`):
   - **Install tools**:
   - **Others**:

   **What happened**:
The schedule interval of a DAG on the home page is displayed incorrectly sometimes. If I defined the parameters like `start_date` or `schedule_interval` in the `default_args`, these parameters **can** work well but **can't** be displayed correctly in the UI. For example, if ```default_args = { 'scheduler_interval'='@daily or @weekly or None` }```, it will always display `1 day, 0:00:00` in UI. A similar error happened on start_date as well, for example, if I defined ```default_args = { 'start_date'='2021-01-29` }```, then open the detail of the DAG, I will find that the `start_date` is always `None`.
<!-- (please include exact error messages if you can) -->

   **What you expected to happen**:
I hope the schedule interval and start_date(maybe other params also have the same error)can be displayed correctly no matter I defined them in constructor or default_args. And if I defined a `schedule_interval` with crontab (something like 0 9 * * 1) I hope the UI can translate it to a human-readable like at 9:00 of every Monday.
<!-- What do you think went wrong? -->

   **How to reproduce it**:
   <!---

As minimally and precisely as possible. Keep in mind we do not have access to your cluster or dags.

If you are using kubernetes, please attempt to recreate the issue using minikube or kind.

   ## Install minikube/kind

   - Minikube https://minikube.sigs.k8s.io/docs/start/
   - Kind https://kind.sigs.k8s.io/docs/user/quick-start/

If this is a UI bug, please provide a screenshot of the bug or a link to a youtube video of the bug in action

You can include images using the .md style of
   ![alt text](http://url/to/img.png)

To record a screencast, mac users can use QuickTime and then create an unlisted youtube video with the resulting .mov file.

   --->

**Anything else we need to know**:

   <!--

How often does this problem occur? Once? Every time etc?

Any relevant logs to include? Put them here in side a detail tag:
   <details><summary>x.log</summary> lots of stuff </details>

We used to have it: https://github.com/apache/airflow/pull/6103

Do you mean a Task also has a `start_date` and `schedule_interval`?

`schedule_interval` and `start_date` should be defined on DAG. Anything you define in `default_args` applies to a Task.
