Aggregate test-results

Hi

I have a big project with 20-some modules.
Is there a way I can make maven aggregate all my surfire testresults (the
xml) to the top level module?

I'm aware of the surfire-report plugin but from what I can understand it
also render the xml-result into html?
I just want to aggregate the xml-results and nothing more. 

What is the best way to do this?
