[users@httpd] removing support for sco/unixware?

Has any thought been given by the Apache Foundation to removing support for
SCO/Unixware? With all the trouble SCO has been causing recently with
open-source software, a withdrawal of support by the Apache Foundation would
be a very powerful message, and it could affect SCO to some degree in the
pocketbook, something to which they might pay attention. The nmap project
has already done this; a similar action from the Apache Foundation might
well trigger the same activities from other large projects such as Samba.

Naturally, SCO could maintain their own ports and integrate patches by
themselves, but this would require substantial additional effort on their
part.

This may or may not be a good idea, but it seems like an option that ought
to be considered, especially by an organization with as much influence as
the Apache Foundation.
