[users@httpd] free domain name registration

[message message <me...@hotmail.com>]

Hi,

I have a free webserver - that's great !
I know how to use IP based virtual hosting so that I can have multiple
websites hosted from one physical machine.

I would like to register domain names freely and have them redirected
to my webserver.

Where Can I do that ?
