   I prefer reducing extra Spark's patches in the repo.  This improvement is really useful.  You can provide pr if other users  need, we can tell them to use it. 
   Maybe we could add some Spark interfaces to strengthen this function, we could add a new exception class. Blaclist of Spark won't add executor which occurs  these exceptions to the blacklist. @LuciferYang , WDYT?
