mod_jk2.so needed

Hi all,
Can anybody send me a link from where I can download mod_jk2.so? I am unable
to
build this file.
I am using Apache2.0.4, Tomcat4.0.3 in windows2000
Or please send it with attachment.

I am following the instructions given in this link to run apache with Tomcat
http://www.pubbitch.org/jboss/mod_jk2.html
but unable to build .so file
