[VOTE] Hiranya Jayathilaka as a committer

Folks,

Hiranya has been contributing to the Apache Synapse for quite a while now,
and has been contributed a full FIX transport for synapse, including the
documents and relevant configuration samples. His contribution seems to
continue as we evolve on the FIX transport. You can see his contribution up
to now in here [1].

Here's my vote: +1 for making Hiranya a committer for Synapse

Hiranya is from the University of Moratuwa, Sri Lanka and completed the
Synapse FIX
<https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/synapse/trunk/java/modules/transports/src/main/java/org/apache/synapse/transport/fix/>
transport including samples and documentation. His continued
contributions to Synapse would be welcome both by the FIX community and
Synapse
