[PATCH] Remove mmm from default module list

Here is a patch for Apache 1.3 that removes mod_mime_magic from the list
of modules included in the binaries (via binbuild.sh->./configure
--enable-module=most [etc.]) .  We may want to re-think this for 2.0 if
it gets a more sophisticated build system [per Fred S].  This patch has
been tested on OS/390 and Linux.
