[Bugzilla] Grabbing attachments.

How do you do that?

I was trying to download David Karr's Struts-EL taglib, and the 
file-name it gave me was a .cgi file.  I honestly doubt that David 
attached it as a CGI script ;-)

Is this a Bugzilla bug?  Should I file on it?  LOL - using Buzilla to 
file reports on itself ... hrm ...
