Release?

Hi all,

can we do a OWB Release?

In TomEE, we are currently on a SNAPSHOT.
Would be nice to have it, so we can proceed on our side once CXF 4.1.0 is out.

Hi all, 

can someone start a release?

CXF is likely to be on vote next week:

OWB is another blocker for TomEE 10 GA, so would be good to make progress here :-)
