   Adds function for computing silhouette score for every input data point.
   ```
   simple_silhouette_points(rel_source,   -- data points
                            output_table -- output table containing (pid, score) for each point
                            pid,          -- point id
                            expr_point,   -- column name or expression that defines points
                            centroids,    -- centroids 
                            fn_dist       -- distance function
                           )
   ```
