[I] ruby: Connection#ingest raises NoMethodError [arrow-adbc]

   ### What happened?
   
   `Connection#ingest` calls `open_statment` — a typo for `open_statement` — so it
   always raises `NoMethodError`.

   ### How can we reproduce the bug?
   
   ```ruby
   require "adbc"
   
   ADBC::Database.open(driver: "adbc_driver_sqlite", uri: ":memory:") do |database|
     database.connect do |connection|
       connection.ingest("data", Arrow::Table.new(number: Arrow::Int64Array.new([1])))
       # => NoMethodError: undefined method 'open_statment' (connection-operations.rb)
     end
   end
   ```
