   ### Purpose
   
   This PR introduces `MySqlSyncDatabaseAction` based on `FlinkCdcSyncDatabaseSinkBuilder`. Users can now synchronize the whole database in MySQL into a Paimon database.

   * MySqlSyncDatabaseActionITCase
   * MySqlCdcE2eTestBase
   
   ### API and Format 
   
   Yes. Added help information in `MySqlSyncDatabaseAction`.
   
   ### Documentation
   
   Yes. Added documentation in `how-to/cdc-ingestion.md`.
