Namespace in global replacation setup

Hi, I successfully setup three distributedlog clusters across regions
according to this global replicated log
<http://distributedlog.io/globalreplicatedlog/main.html> doc. In order to
replicate segments to different ensembles, should write proxies in
different regions bind to the same namespace or should they bind to
different namespaces?

FYI. We were discussing with
https://github.com/twitter/distributedlog/issues/41

I also created https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/DL-35 to document how
to setup a global cluster. Since you almost got to setup a global cluster,
are you willing to contribute to the documentation?
