Voting and discussing

All,

Please don't start discussing in a vote thread, but create a new
thread with [discuss] if you want to make a point. It makes it hard
for the tally when discussion and votes are mixed together. Often
someone might want to +1 a point someone makes, rather than vote +1 on
the subject.

I know it is hard advice to follow (I've been guilty as charged myself
quite a couple of times)
