[DISCUSS] Bigtop 0.3.1: target release date, supported platforms, bill of materials

Forking into a separate thread to keep voting one streamlined...

My only comment would that while the Supported platforms
make absolute and perfect sense for a maintenance release
over branch-0.3 (AFAIU this is the same list as the origincal
Bigtop 0.3.0 release supported) they are a bit outdated by now.

As a matter of fact, I'm not even sure whether it makes sense
to keep Fedora 15 around since it will require us to test
0.3.1 there but would hardly bring any benefits as far as I can tell.

Thanks,
Roman.
