I was only able to quickly go though the user guide and api docs, but did not see any breaking api changes and just a couple missing params that were being worked on currently.  It might be good if someone else is able to take a look, otherwise I can give it a more thorough pass when I get a chance.

The discrepancies I found in the docs went in PR #13159
