added a support link. the issue is that apache@apache.org is starting to
get a whole lot of support questions. I don't think it is entirely
apparent that one should subscribe to the mailing lists in order to get
support. hopefully, this will make things more apparent. ;-)
next question is to figure out how to re-build the website to reflect
these changes. ;-)
