There are many duplicate code patterns in the code:
{code:java}
treeNode.find(condition).isDefined 
treeNode.find(condition).nonEmpty 
treeNode.find(condition).isEmpty{code}
Maybe we can introduce an `exists` function to simplify the above code patterns.
