[I] [Feature Request]: add option to unstage files to git commit perspective (hop)

   ### What would you like to happen?
   
   There is currently no option to unstage a file in the git commit perspective. We should add a button in the toolbar to achieve this. It should do the equivalent of git restore --staged <file> for the selected files. The selected unstaged files should then be moved back to the unstaged tree.
