   I'm not sure this belongs in the Iceberg Library itself since it is more of a engine control parameter. Could you elaborate on the use case here? I assume this is attempting to establish a standard for engine behaviors for administrative purposes, and that makes me a little uncomfortable having it the library which is mostly concerned with the format and not control of user behavior.
