[ANNOUNCE] mp2: new porting assister package Apache::porting

Apache::porting tries to help you to do the porting to mod_perl 2.0. For more 
information please refer to:

It's a new module and didn't go through much testing. However make sure to 
check the known issues, before reporting problems:

Finally, as of this writing you need to get the cvs version of mod_perl 2.0 to 
get it working. It'll be available in modperl-1.99_10, when it will be released.
