[jira] [Created] (SPARK-3661) spark.driver.memory is ignored in cluster mode

Andrew Or created SPARK-3661:
--------------------------------

Summary: spark.driver.memory is ignored in cluster mode
                 Key: SPARK-3661
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SPARK-3661
             Project: Spark
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: Spark Core
    Affects Versions: 1.1.0
            Reporter: Andrew Or
            Assignee: Andrew Or

This is related to https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SPARK-3653, but for the config. Note that `spark.executor.memory` is fine because we pass the Spark system properties to the driver after it has started.
