Could CouchDB + Angular.js + D3.js ?
Couchappers,
Could a coupling to Angular make CouchDB give a lift?
http://www.google.com/trends/explore#q=couchdb%2C%20angular.js&date=1%2F2012%2036m&cmpt=q <http://www.google.com/trends/explore#q=couchdb, angular.js&date=1/2012 36m&cmpt=q>
These are technologies with similar interest levels and I would think overlapping target groups.
What if we managed to position CouchDB as a play ground for Angular.js 2.0 developers?
What if we managed to position CouchDB as a play ground for D3.js developers?
With..
CouchApp tutorials centred around a few simple, but super-cool demo cases?

Akshat,
Another match maker idea for turning the interest trend is to pair couchapps with react.js
http://www.google.com/trends/explore#q=React.js%2C%20couchdb%2C%20d3.js&date=1%2F2011%2048m&cmpt=q <http://www.google.com/trends/explore#q=React.js, couchdb, d3.js&date=1/2011 48m&cmpt=q>
React.js as I understand it will lower the entry level for new developers (forget MVC) and with Facebook as the main sponsor it could be a trusted in the long run.
D3 and couchDB match up well as D3 has a lot of traction as Data Driven Documents in the news media world.
Could
React.js + couchapp + a Cloudant account
be the two-tier minimal-stack start-up tooling for a new generation of developers?

Yes! This is a great idea especially with respect to angularjs. Fauxton
uses angular (iirc) and maybe it would be good if we could convey this on
the couchdb page?
Also Robert wrote a post few months back on using couchdb with angular js
that was quite popular.
