   Java 24 unconditionally throws SecurityException for securityManager.checkPermission().
   Skip the test when SecurityException is thrown.
   (For actual failed permissions checks AccessControlException is thrown)
   
   ### How was this patch tested?
   
   Ran test withJava 24 and 17
