Starting Snapshots
I would like to start doing weekly snaphots of NMaven into the incubator
snapshot repo. Anybody know how this is done? I can't find any docs on the
incubator site.

You should have access. It's ssh based access to people.apache.org.

I switched both the pom.xml and pom-dotnet.xml to use the maven-parent pom
as a parent. We need to do two separate deploys: 1) Java Artifacts; 2) the
.NET Artifacts. I don't believe that I have access to deploy to those
servers. How should we do this?

There is no incubator snapshot repo - just the m2-snapshot-
repository. So you can use the same distributionManagement settings
as are in the Maven parent POM (would be great for NMaven to inherit
from that, actually).
