Attach logs/stack trace on Jira

Hey,

I found that there is a significant number of opened jiras that use "links"
to yetus builds, or jenkins console output.
Keep in mind that those links expire in a few days and the information
becomes
unavailable to anyone.
Please, make sure that you put the stack trace and a log file along with
the description.
