Xerces.pm WWW site update

Hey All,

I've finally gotten around to updating the apache WWW site for
Xerces.pm. Check it out: http://xml.apache.org/xerces-p/

Thanks. I copied it directly from the toplevel directory. I don't know
why it breaks. I believe that it's some problem with what the WWW
server is caching. I don't know how to fix it.
