[Bug 19867] allow exact positioning of Béziercurves, rotation point, mirror line, snap point and when editing points

I think it would be a useful feature. The user should get an option to enter
coordinates to move the point to that coordinates, when right click the point;
whatever kind of point it is.
In addition, having such item in the context menu, improves AOO to be used
without mouse.
Therefore I confirm this feature request.
