apache child pid exit signal Segmentation fault (11)

after I upgrade my linux to redhat 8.0 I got this error:

this happens all of the time..

when I run the 'top' command, sometimes I can see the httpd processes using 99%
of CPU time (less than 5 second) and after that more one error line...
