[ANN] Moving ServiceMix Bundles and Specs in SM JIRA
Hi
I have created 2 new components in SM JIRA:
* bundles
* specs
I think we should keep managing the bundles issues for bundles-2015.02
in SMX4 and move the rest of them (if not included in bundles-2015.02)
into the SM JIRA. I have created a new version bundles-2015.03. The new
issues for next releases should be raised in SM JIRA.
For specs issues, I propose to move them into the SM JIRA (version
specs-2.5.0), because none of them have been fixed yet and we have no
reference in source repository to any of these issues.

INFRA has still problems with Github. But the git repo can be used for
commits.

The svn repos should be already ro. Yes. We can also move them to attic.
The smx5 repo too.

I think we can move the bundle svn repo to attic (or at least turn it ro).
I will move some Jira between SMX4 and SMX bundles components.
