1) I suggest to change background of TIME_LINE and ROW_IDX to gray due to they are a fake columns
2) Column button placed on X-axis should not has background (or should has the same background as in 'All columns' area)
3) If I'm placing TIME_LINE as X-axis I got 'No Data Available' - will be nice to get a notice message that I should to Turn On 'Refresh rate'
