[Axis2] Need help with Axis2 1.1 Release
Folks,
We need help with testing Axis2. As Thilina mentioned in another
email, we have zero blockers right now. All the API changes are
already in. ADB/Codegen seems more solid than ever. We are working on
some samples and documentation changes between now and RC2. So Thilina
can cut an RC2 hopefully this weekend when he gets back from his trip.
*But* please don't wait for that, you can start right now with the
nightly. If all's well with the nightly, an subsequently RC2, we can
cut the 1.1 Final within a week of RC2 (Enough time to clean up last
minute blockers that may show up in RC2).
As usual, Please get a nightly [1], try your code on it, open JIRA
bugs with enough information / test case / wsdl / schema (anything
that will help us recreate the problem). I know several folks who are
eagerly waiting for the final 1.1 cut. Your help with testing will get
us there faster.
thanks,
dims

Yep -- I was waiting until I could compile and test (i.e. the repos were
back up.) 8-] I just committed the changes to 1.1 and will do so to the
trunk shortly. Someone will need to modify the Sandesha code (and any
other dependent handlers) to do the correct thing.

Does this mean that you no longer want me to check in the fix for the
Sandesha race condition? (It will alter the Handler interface.)
