[I] Adapt clients for new measurement description

   Within https://github.com/apache/streampipes/pull/2263 we introduced a new attribute for measurement descriptions. To remove `setDefaultUpdateStrategyIfNoneProvided` which is only needed for backwards compatibility, we need to align the clients (Java (&Python)) as well.
